Associate Territory Sales Manager, Des Moines, IA

The qualified candidate will assist the current Territory Manager in maintaining and growing THERASKIN business in the respective geography. Our market is Wound Care. Activities will include; working directly with TM to develop and execute on weekly, monthly and quarterly plans, selling to key customers; physicians, nurses and Program Directors, training and in-servicing all key customers, and covering THERASKIN cases in the Wound Clinic and Operating Room settings.

REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years of sales experience in either medical device or business to business industries is preferred.

Territory Sales Manager - Metro Houston, TX

We are hiring for a Territory Sales Manager (TM) to promote and grow THERASKIN in a variety of clinical settings including; HOPD, O.R., ASC, and physician offices. The TM will be responsible for all promotional activities in regards to the sale of THERASKIN. Strong candidates for this position would possess the following skill sets; the ability to create and follow a sales plan, consistently follow a proven sales process, think and act strategically and create value through clinical selling.

Product Description

TheraSkin is a biologically active cryopreserved real human skin allograft for non-responsive chronic wounds. Its fully developed extracellular matrix (ECM) and living cells provide an “at-ready” supply of human growth factors, cytokines and collagen to jumpstart wound healings. TheraSkin provides necessary growth factors and cytokines to treat chronic wounds. It also provides a large quantity of essential human collagens in appropriate ratios to support healing. This allows TheraSkin to be used on more severe wounds with exposed bone, tendon, joint capsules or muscle.

 

Compensation

Combined with base salary, Soluble Systems offers an incentive compensation plan that can earn strong performers over $150,000 annually. Earning potential in our pay for performance culture is also uncapped.
