Comments from Health Professionals who have used TheraSkin and/or TheraGauze*

70 year old African American followed for more than 15 years for chronic ulcer secondary to chemical burns. Over the years tried every new type of wound healing medicine without any success. Since using TheraGauze, the leg is granulating well. Several areas are now closed. Never have been so surprised and impressed. Patient is diabetic, S/P, CVA, S/PAKD and leg is still healing.

TheraSkin and TheraGauze whether used individually or in combination give you tremendous versatility in healing wounds of all types. In many cases most of the graft choices are not financially feasible; TheraSkin offers you an excellent graft choice at a more acceptable price point. TheraGauze is a wonderful choice to maintain an optimum wound healing environment. This small piece of engineering can handle an exudative wound or offer moisture to a dry wound bed.

– Dr. Richard F. Wittock, DPM, FACFAS, Board Certified Ankle & Foot Surgeon Ankle and Foot Institute, P.C. SSM St. Clare Hospital

TheraSkin and TheraGauze – they’re like a package deal, having this tissue seal into place more quickly by creating this nice, warm, moist area to have the body accept the tissue quicker. We’re using it on surgical wounds, diabetic wounds, vascular wound, everyone we can put it on. We’re having tremendous success with it! A wound that has been open for two to three years, I can have closed in less than 12 weeks. Eight to 12 weeks is our average.

TheraSkin has allowed us to close these chronic non-healing wounds in a relatively short period of time and with fewer applications than we have experienced with alternative products.

– Dr. Adam Landsman, DPM, PhD, FACFAS Assistant Professor of Surgery, Harvard Medical School, Chief, Division of Podiatric Surgery, Cambridge Health Alliance

I have been treating [venous stasis] wounds for approximately 3 years duration and had exhausted treatment options, with little to no improvement in [my patient’s] condition. A single application of TheraSkin four weeks ago has resulted in tremendous improvement in his condition. The wounds are approximately 95% healed and the patient is finally able to see the light at the end of tunnel.

– Dr. David J. Micca, DPM, CWS, FACFAS, FCCWS, Foot & Ankle Center of Southern Maine

I have had the opportunity to use TheraSkin for chronic non healing diabetic wounds which had failed standard of care. It was a great adjunct to the patients and did accelerate healing. I believe that TheraSkin is an excellent product that could help reduce the cost of healing many difficult wounds.

– Dr. Walter F. Keller, DO, Medical Director Hyperbaric and Wound Healing Center, Mercy Hospital

TheraGauze helps my diabetic foot ulcer patients heal faster and decreases the need for pain medication.

– Dr. Adam Landsman, DPM, PhD, FACFAS Assistant Professor of Surgery, Harvard Medical School, Chief, Division of Podiatric Surgery, Cambridge Health Alliance

TheraGauze was an absolute joy to apply because it did not stick, and the patient felt instant comfort with the application.
