4. World-Class Compliance. Our quality and compliance systems will strive for 100% compliance to the US Code of Federal Regulations, EU Directives, ISO requirements and ICH Guidelines.
5. Safety. We will meet or exceed the minimum thresholds of "reasonable safety" for all of our products, services and processes.
6. Continuous Improvement. We will regularly review our products, services and processes for opportunities to optimize and improve at least once per calendar year.
